Terms and Conditions
1.1 How to Book/Quotes and Reservations
1.1 Bookings can be made by using the Book Now button or by calling +61 8 9921 1047.
1.2 Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking.
1.3 Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation.
- Booking Terms and Conditions
2.1 Deposit
2.1.1 A minimum deposit equal to one (1) night’s accommodation is due at time of booking by credit card which confirms the booking. Full payment will be processed at booking for all bookings made within 14 days of arrival. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.
2.1.2 Geraldton Resorts Pty Ltd bears no responsibility for monies paid via a travel agency or other online provider until cleared funds are received in the bank account of Geraldton Resorts Pty Ltd.
2.2 Final Payment
2.2.1 Standard conditions are that full payment is due within 14 days before arrival.
2.2.2 Where applicable, prices as listed include GST.
2.2.3 If deposit or final payment is not paid by the due date, Geraldton Resorts Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking.
2.3 Amendments Terms and Charges
2.3.1 All amendments to dates and room types are subject to availability and rate at time of amending your reservations.
2.3.2 Amendments are permitted up to 2 days prior to check in time.
2.3.3 Amendments are not accepted inside 2 days of standard check in time.
2.4 Cancellation Terms and Conditions
2.4.1 For cancellations inside 2 days to day of arrival check in time, will result in a 100% cancellation fee of any monies paid.
2.5 Refund Policy
2.5.1 No shows and cancellations after check in – will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.
2.5.2 If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation & choose to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property management.
- Responsibility
3.1.1 Geraldton Resorts Pty Ltd, both for itself, and on behalf of their employees or agents, do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever or however the same may be caused, and they do not warrant, and are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given in a statement made by their service providers in terms of accommodation arrangements.
3.1.2 By using the accommodation provided by Geraldton Resorts Pty Ltd, you agree that Geraldton Resorts Pty Ltd shall not be liable for the wilful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such service providers. Geraldton Resorts Pty Ltd will not be liable for any injury, accident, delay, property damage or personally loss to you, or those traveling with you, in connection with any accommodation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
